Port Kembla Studio Classes

At our Port Kembla studio, we offer a diverse range of premium classes with a Reformer room and a Mat & Barre room. We love diversifying our classes to suit every taste.

  • Reformer Pilates is a resistance based exercise that targets the small muscle groups while improving flexibility, muscle tone, balance and posture.

    Reformer Pilates is a low impact exercise and is suitable for all ages, fitness levels, pregnancy and postpartum.

    The reformer machine has a moving carriage with multiple different weighted springs that is adjusted to suit the desired resistance for your work out. Please note this is a 45 minute class

  • The Booty & Core Reformer Pilates class targets the Glutes (booty) and abdominal muscles (core). The class is based around exercises that are designed to tone and strengthen these areas of the body. Please note this is a 45 minute class

  • Our jump class is the perfect combo of low impact and high energy! We use the jump board feature of the reformer to build stamina and strength in the lower body, layered with other exercises to work the whole body.
    Please note this class is not recommended for those with ankle or knee issues that may be compromised by repetitive jumping.

  • Once you have clearance from your doctor to return to exercise, post natal clients are welcome to return to all classes at the studio.

  • Transform your workout with Hot Mat Pilates, where traditional Pilates meets the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. Enjoy a strengthening session in a room gently warmed by 32 degree infrared panels, enhancing muscle engagement, flexibility, and recovery. Experience improved circulation, detoxification, and stress relief in a calming environment. This innovative class boosts both physical fitness and mental well-being. Please bring a towel to the hot Pilates class, if you forget to bring one, we do have towels in the studio available to rent for $2. Please note this class is not suitable if you are pregnant. If you are currently breastfeeding, please consult with your GP before attending. Please note this is a 45 minute class.

  • Barre combines ballet and pilates techniques for a low impact, full body workout. Focusing on repetitive engagement to tone, strengthen and build stamina in muscles crucial to good posture. Please note this is a 45 minute class

  • This dynamic session seamlessly blends traditional Pilates principles with targeted resistance exercises, designed to tone your entire body. Through controlled movements and the integration of weights, you'll engage your muscles on a deeper level, enhancing endurance. This class is tailored to refine your posture, build lean muscle, and leave you with a heightened sense of strength and vitality. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please note this is a 45 minute class

  • A gentle yet effective class designed specifically for adults over 50. Each class will include a warm up, standing barre work for stability and leg strength, light arm exercises using small weights or resistance bands and a warm down with focused stretching. Movements are slow, controlled and joint friendly - perfect for those looking to build strength, improve balance and posture. No prior experience is needed - just comfortable clothes and a willingness to move!

  • This class is thoughtfully designed for adults aged 50 and over, focusing on building strength, balance and flexibility. Using the Reformer bed, you'll perform low-impact, resistance based exercises that gently strengthen the core, improve posture and enhance joint mobility. Whether you are new to pilates or returning to exercise, this class is suitable for all levels.

  • Our Slow Flow Reformer class, focuses on simple and classical pilates exercises to help you build strong pilates foundations. Allthough this class is taken at a slower pace than our regular reformer classes, you will still have the opportunity to build layers into the movements, increasing the challenge to best suit your body.

    This class is suitable for all levels but a great place to start for beginners.

  • Clear you mind and reset your focus with our Express Reformer class to elevate your lunch break and boost your energy levels!
    This 30 minute class is designed to be a fast paced, full body workout designed to challenge you co-ordination, strength and endurance.
    It's the perfect opportunity to recharge and reset, ensuring you emerge from the class refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to conquer the rest of your day.

  • Join us for a relaxing & rejuvenating 30 minutes stretch class that incorporates the use of both the reformer bed and the mat. This class is designed to help improve flexibility, increase range of motion and release tension in the muscles.

    During the class, you will be guided through a series of gentle stretches ands movements that target key muscle groups, with support of the reformer bed providing added resistance and assistance. The combination of the reformer bed and the mat allows for a full body stretch that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
